Fishing trips for perch and pike

These are trips for those who enjoy finding structure, changing lures and working hard for a truly big perch or pike. When the bite finally comes, you know every cast was worth it.

In Spain, you can fish for giant perch at Perchzilla and for black bass, pike and zander in Extremadura. In the Netherlands, Jan Boomsma and his team will guide you; in Kalmarsund, you can fish what we call Sweden’s best perch waters; and in Canada, pike and musky await on Lake of the Woods.

Spanien. Perchzilla är som bäst från september till mars, och Borrebutiken leder en hosted trip dit. I Extremadura står black bass i centrum, med gädda och gös i samma vatten.

Holland och Sverige. Holland med Jan Boomsma och hans guider, och Kalmarsund från juni till februari.

Kanada. Lake of the Woods från maj till oktober, med gädda, musky, walleye och smallmouth bass.

När är bästa tiden för abborrfiske?

I Perchzilla är september till mars bästa perioden och i Kalmarsund fiskar vi från juni till februari. Till Holland reser vi i november och februari, och i Extremadura sticker april till maj och september till november ut.

Vilka beten använder man?

Det beror på vatten och årstid. I Extremadura fungerar allt från topwater och Texas-rig till chatterbait, crank och finesse. I Perchzilla går abborren djupare när vattnet blir kallare, och då ger långsammare presentationer ofta bäst resultat.

Finns det resor med reseledare?

Ja, Borrebutiken leder en hosted trip till Perchzilla.

Yes, traveling alone is perfectly fine. Many of our guests travel on their own and fish together in small groups.
