Fishing trips in Asia

Asia offers two completely different kinds of fishing. One is tropical and heavy: poppers and stickbaits over reefs, and jigs on deep edges for GT, dogtooth tuna and yellowfin tuna in the Maldives, the Andamans, Oman and around Komodo in Indonesia.

The other is wilderness fly fishing. In northern Mongolia, you fish for taimen, grayling and lenok in the Sisegid and Tengis, far from roads and people, and stay in a camp right by the river. And in the Maldives, you can also fly fish for GT, bonefish and triggerfish on the flats.
